  • WoT-Replay-JSON v0.9.0.7

    There is a demand on scripts to process the data produced by WoT. Because of this I created a script to extract the JSON blocks from the replay:

    WoT-Replay-To-JSON v0.9.0.7

    The script is able to extract all three text/JSON blocks, including the battle result. Additionally, it is able to retrieve basic data from the encrypted part of the replay. For easier use I included also a batch to process all replays from the current directory.

    There is a README included in the ZIP, and if you have questions don't hesitate to contact me.
    I would be glad if you would credit me in your project. Also a donation is very welcome!

      This works really good... using the exe version. I'll be using Google javascript to read the output files and create my own stats in a Google Docs spreadsheet... awesome job.

      I'm getting more and more replays returning an error that says something like "Unable to determine battle result" (around 6 or 7 out of 25 replays), then the output is 12k and has no battle data, only the identity sections. Known problem? None of the battles were left early.

      ** update, it's working fine, nevermind... I had another one of your tools mixed up in the same folder.. working perfectly. thank you!!

      Will there be 0.9.8.0 version? Im getting error: "List indices must be integers, not str".

      Sorry to just "bump" this. I have the same issue, and even though I actually tried to look at it myself, my lousy programming skills once again let me down - to no great surprise.

      It would be great to be able to parse my replays again.

      Well, looks like Phalynx stopped releasing updates of his parser publicly, so GG...

      Change the 'if' block at line 191:

      if br_block['vehicles'][key][0]['typeCompDescr'] > 0:
      br_block['vehicles'][key][0]['tankID'] = br_block['vehicles'][key][0]['typeCompDescr'] >> 8 & 65535
      br_block['vehicles'][key][0]['countryID'] = br_block['vehicles'][key][0]['typeCompDescr'] >> 4 & 15
