It wasn’t translated on the EU server (too much work I suppose), but don’t worry. It’s practically identical to the earlier leaked info, confirming its validity. I will be reposting the content, that appeared in this “new” official post, so there is no confusion. There are some new bits of information too. Stronkhold mode is planned for patch 9.2. New mode for clan players, available within the game and not tied to the Clanwars. A clan has a virtual base with buildings, road leading to it and additional constructs. Can be created by the commander of the clan free of charge, whenever he wishes, but the clan has to have at least 20 players. Here, main screen: “It is a mistake to compare this mode with a browser strategy. All the options of the mode are free (as in, not paid) and resources are gained strictly within the game.” Building and developing your stronkhold and activating “reserves” (bonuses) requires a resource, that can be gained by fighting three types of battles: - assaults (attacking enemy clan stronghold, will be implemented later) - defense (the other side of assault, will be implemented later) - raids First Stronkhold mode version will have only raids. To protect newbies, attacking and defending enemy stronkholds will be available only from certain stronkhold level up. Each clan decides whether to level up their stronkhold or not. The higher the level, the better the bonuses. The larger the stronkhold is however, the more forces you need to defend it and to attack the enemies. This is how building purchase UI looks like: A Raid is a 15 vs 15 mode of battle where the participants are chosen randomly from those, who are at that moment in the raid queue (it works as a current company mode). Any player can create a raid company, but before entering battle, he has to determine the type of the raid. There are three types of raids: - medium (tier 1-6) - champion (tier 1-8) - absolute (tier 1-10) Clan raid statistics in Stronkhold mode: Clan defense statistics (?) in Stronkhold mode: Choosing the raid type The battle then works as current company battle does, same rules. After the battle, you will also see the amount of resources gained by each player and by the team as a whole. The resource of the stronghold mode. It is earned in battles and it is used for creating and improving buildings and for activating the clan combat and non-combat reserves (bonuses) - financial department: “Paying for battle” (gives up to 50 percent credit gain bonus) - tank proving grounds: “Tactical training” (gives up to 50 percent bonus to XP gain) - military school: “Military facility” (gives up to 50 percent bonus to free XP) - teaching department: “Additional training” (gives up to 50 percent bonus to crew XP) - transport: “Heavier transporters” (gives up to 50 percent bonus to resource gains in Stronghold mode battles) The 50 percent can yet change based on the mode testing. In future patches, there will be new kinds of bonuses as well.
